The Iowa Dental Board, which is now part of the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing, is moving to 6200 Park Ave., Suite 100, in Des Moines, Iowa 50321 effective November 6.
Our goal is to have no disruption in service. Our online licensing and renewal systems will not be affected by the move, so you can apply for and renew your license online anytime.
If you need assistance during this transition, please email IDB@Iowa.gov. While the move is taking place November 6 - 13, staff will be available to assist walk-in customers at 6200 Park Ave. on November 6.
