Information for Providers of Valuation Services for Iowa DOT Projects

Appraisers who wish to provide appraisal and appraisal review services for Iowa DOT projects must complete a short application that can be found on the Iowa DOT's Consultant RFP website. As part of the application review process each applicant will be required to complete a Right of Way Valuation Services Supplemental Information Form (provided by email) and provide relevant work product samples. Final determination regarding applications will be made within thirty days of receipt of all materials. Successful applicants will be added to the list of firms eligible to submit proposals for valuation services for two years.
