Submit the Fire Safe Cigarette Certification Application

Complete the certification application.

Include requirement documentation with submittal:

  • Test method and performance standard results for each brand style
  • Approved package marking examples (pack, carton, and shipping packaging) for each brand style

Pay Certification Fee

Mail check to the Department for the certification amount, attention Jeannie Guttenfelder.

  • $100.00 for each brand style to be certified/re-certified

FSC Certification Issued

Once your fire safe cigarette certification has been received and reviewed, and payment has been processed, a certification approval letter will be emailed.
