Submit the Fire Safe Cigarette Certification Application

Complete the certification application.

Include requirement documentation with submittal:

  • Test method and performance standard results for each brand style
  • Approved package marking examples (pack, carton, and shipping packaging) for each brand style

Pay Certification Fee

Mail check to the Department for the certification amount, attention Fire Safe Cigarette Certification, Fire Safety Bureau.

  • $100.00 for each brand style to be certified/re-certified

FSC Certification Issued
