How Do I Apply for Manufactured Home Installer Certifications?

 FOR INSTALLER RECERTIFICATION, skip to next step.

1. Complete the Manufactured Home Installer Application for Certification.
2. Mail the completed application to the department, along with:
   • training certificate;
   • proof of passing test score;
   • affidavit for work;
   • check for license fee.

Note: incomplete application packets will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
