Verify License Status

Online License Verification Options:

For Licensees:

• Visit our online portal
• Sign in using your Account ID and password.
• Click "License Verification" and enter your license number, then click Verify License.

For General Public:

• Visit our online portal
• Click "License Verification" from the General Public dropdown.
• Click "License Verification" and enter your license number, then click Verify License.
• Visit our Certified Professional Midwife license search page. 

You may also verify licenses by visiting Nursys. Choose “QuickConfirm” or "Nurse License Verification" and follow the prompts.
