The United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) finalized revisions to General Chapters related to the practice of pharmacy and compounding.  General Chapters <795>, <797>, <800>, and <825> have been completed and will become official on 12/1/19; compliance with these chapters will be required as of that date by references in Iowa Administrative Code.  The text of these revisions may be obtained from USP at www.usp.org. As USP generally charges for access to General Chapters, please download the text promptly, as a date when free downloads will no longer be available has not been published.
