This webinar will provide an overview of prescription drug promotion and its regulation, along with information on how health care professionals can report potentially false or misleading prescription drug promotion to FDA.

The FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the health care team.
