The Iowa Board of Pharmacy (β€œBoard”) took the following actions at its most recent meeting held on November 14, 2018:

Sheila Schleeper, Pharmacist. Pharmacist Schleeper entered into a Settlement Agreement and Final Order with the Board to resolve a disciplinary charge for having disciplinary action taken against her Illinois pharmacist license.  The Board issued a citation and warning and mandated participation in the Iowa Monitoring Program for Pharmacy Professionals (IMP3).

Russell England, CSA Registrant.  Dr. England entered into a Combined Statement of Charges, Settlement Agreement, and Final Order with the Board.  The Order charges him with having disciplinary action taken against his medical license and restricts his CSA registration in a manner that mirrors the prohibition on prescribing, administering, or dispensing controlled substances for the treatment of chronic pain imposed by the Iowa Board of Medicine.

Christopher Betts, Pharmacist.  The Board issued a Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Decision and Order dismissing the disciplinary charge against Pharmacist Betts after a contested case hearing was held on September 18, 2018.
